This will give you a lot of direction and help you be more clear minded.

The core essence between most people and the few people who do great things.

Be in a state of flow.

A state of being where you’re constantly in the present.

Thoughts, ideas, inner conflict, duality, noise knocks you out of the present.

Enlightenment is this constant state of clarity.

This is how anyone who achieves great things operates.

Many people are not in a state of flow because they have expectations towards other people, expectations toward themselves, expectations from other people towards themselves, they have an identity, they have concepts they are emotionally attached to - that is the entire problem of why many people cannot maintain a state of flow.

A state of flow is when you know you’re doing the right thing the best you can at that given moment. It’s not the best you can do for someone else, or yourself, or your identity, no. It’s a clear minded state that your actions flow from that is aligned with your true self.

The way society is set up makes it almost impossible to maintain a state of flow. Validation seeking. Stuck in your head. Expectations. Emotionally attached to ideas, even productive ones. Lack of confidence, integrity.

Another problem is when people have to do mundane tasks like work, chores, etc. They have the idea that they aren’t doing what they want to be doing. Constant duality between “I have to work all day, but I’ll be free on the weekend.” Even on the weekend, they can’t be in a flow state because they’re now dreading going back to work. And this duality prevents them from being in the flow, instead of just focusing on what they have to do right now at this moment and not thinking about the future or how long it’s going to take.

When I wake up, I don’t have a list of what I have to do. I’m constantly just thinking “what is the best thing that can be done?” and I just do it. And while I’m doing it, I’m in the flow because I’m not thinking about it, I know what I’m doing is the best thing I can be doing right now. When I’m finished I just think “what is the best thing that can be done?” And repeat the process.

You don’t need to be a genius or know so much in order to take this approach.

Be careful not to ask yourself “what is the best thing **I** can do?” Because you’re channeling it through your identity. “What is the best thing that can be done right now?”

It’s a state of being, you just are.

Do not channel it through identity like “This is who I am. I cannot make excuses. I have to be responsible.” It’s not something you have to achieve. It’s a state of being that’s available to you at all times.

If you find yourself saying “I don’t want to give up X.” that means you are emotionally attached to it.

You have to fully trust that when you are in this state, you will always do what is best.

Trust yourself.

When you’re in this state you will no longer ping to other people. When you allow yourself and trust yourself, you will know you’re doing the right thing. You will ping to reality.

With the goal of being the best version of yourself, this automatically implies a flow state. Because when you are not in a flow state, it’s impossible to be the best version of yourself.

You will always be the most optimal version of yourself with your current understanding. Nothing will be able to stop you because you achieve this state within yourself, not depending on outside sources.

External feedback will not bother you. You will see it as a tool, as information you can use to do better - maintaining your flow state while you refine yourself.

When I ask myself “what is the best thing that can be done right now?” and I’m tired, I just rest. I’m not emotionally attached to how long I stick to a task or how much I get done.

But there is a catch. You have to trust yourself and your knowledge so that you know you’re not fooling yourself into sitting on your ass and procrastinating on tasks that need to be done.

Everything flows automatically.

There is no concept in the world that you should be emotionally attached to. This way, nothing can get to you.

Even if you’re proven wrong or what you’re doing doesn’t work out the way you thought it might, it won’t bother you. You can say “I did my best.” When you’re in a constant state where you try to do what’s best, you cannot regret, you cannot blame yourself, you cannot feel guilty, you can’t feel low self-esteem.

And the best thing you can do right now is not defined by identity, expectations, what you want, what other people want, it’s defined by reality.

Things are just the way they are and you do what you do. You have to eat, you eat. You have to rest, you rest.

You don’t go around thinking “I have to do this. I have to do that.” If you find yourself doing that it's because you're channeling it through identity.

You can trust your sense of right action. You can trust logic. You can trust reality.

The reason why you care what other people think of you is because you think that you won’t be emotionally fine when you don’t meet their expectations. But if you know that being in the present, in the flow, will make everything fine because you will do what is best and any given moment. You will have a sense of inner peace because you will do everything automatically.

Don't impose it on yourself. Instead, align with your true self and "just be."

I don’t have thoughts fighting with myself or expectations of myself.

Trust yourself when you’re in this state. Just the idea “What can be done better?” is all you need.
